Diablo 4 Item Upgrades

A custom glyph may have up to 30 glyphs. This includes the base name and its suffix. The glyphs of the base name must be uppercase English letters (A-Z) and lowercase English letters (a-z), European digits (0-9), and underscore (_). The suffix may include ligatures, or contextual alternative. These are special versions which combine two or more letters into a single glyph.
Reroll Tokens
Upgrades are the principal mechanics that give additional bonuses to items, such stats. Upgrades come in different types: reroll, level up and recycle. Each upgrade type comes with a unique set of extra bonuses on an item.
Reroll Tokens can be used to alter the item's base stats and upgrade number. They can also be used to reroll substats for rings. This can be beneficial if an item's fully upgraded (or "potential") power is less than the player would like or if the item's current substats aren't ideal.
Rerolling costs 1 token and resets all upgrades on an item, but will keep the set, rarity and level unaltered. As an item is progressively leveled up, its tier rises. The main stat of the item is boosted by 3 points for each tier. An additional stat will be boosted along with it. The ability to level an item to its maximum level increases its rank by 1.
The Blueprint Desk allows players to purchase new appliances, ingredients and Decorations for their restaurant. Blueprints are provided at the start of each Preparation Phase. They appear as envelopes that can be opened by pressing the Grab. Each blueprint comes with a distinct icon, with each type of upgradeable items displaying different icons:
The choice of a franchise card through the Blueprint Desk will allow you to acquire certain equipment or ingredients that are required in certain recipes. Certain appliances and ingredients are considered staple which means they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll, whereas others have a higher chance of appearing if a certain Franchise Card is chosen from the Blueprint Desk. This is called the Staple Pool, and the items that are in it will remain in the pool for the rest of the run. The same goes for non-staple equipment. transferred to the Seed Pool when it is purchased from the Blueprint Desk.
Recycled Items
The magic happens with the third "R," recycling. When you recycle a product made of recycled materials, you're not only helping the environment, but also giving the item new life. Most recycled items are returned to the original manufacturer to be remade into an entirely new product. This is what we refer to as "closing the recycling loop."
When a person puts something in their recycling bins at the curb, it is taken to a Materials Recovery Facility where it is separated and sorting. Then, it gets offered to manufacturers who will re-make the item. Remade products include:
This reduces the need to harvest, grow or extract raw materials to make something other than. This reduces the damage caused to nature. Less trees are cut down, rivers are diverted, and wild animals are forced to move. This also reduces pollution from the dumping of raw materials into our soil, water and air.

A final reason to purchase recycled items is that they require less energy to create new products from recycled materials than it does to create them out of raw materials. The process of manufacturing a new aluminum container requires 95% more energy than the manufacturing of a can made of recycled material. This is why every bit is important.
Leveling
